Our Client, a leading multinational FMCG company in the sphere of home appliances is announcing an opening of HR Manager position.
Main responsibilities:
- maintaining corporate HR procedures, following up HR documentation and personnel database;
- implementing and communicating corporate policies in the local office; ensuring internal corporate communication to employees;
- recruiting office staff, providing integration of new employees, following the recruitment budget and expenses;
- identifying and analyzing needs in training and development; organizing corporate and external trainings and development programs;
- following up trends of compensation & benefits markets, analyzing compensations and benefits market and needs of the company.
Main requirements:
- University degree;
- 3+ years of professional experience as an HR Manager of international company in Ukraine;
- good knowledge of Ukrainian labor law;
- general knowledge of international compensation and benefits practices;
- fluent English;
- working knowledge of French would be a plus;
- good PC skills;
- proactive, positive thinking, team player;
- good communicative, organizational, problem-solving skills.
