Position: IT Recruiter/HRM

Requirements:

• Fluency in English as must;
• Experience in IT Recruitment at least for 2 years;
• Experince in Head Hunting and Executive Search;
• Ability to jump in new field easily;
• Closing of at least 8 positions per month;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience of using different sources for recruitment (slack, dribbble, behance, stackoverflow, boolean search);
• Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player;
• Love to memes;
• Experience of closing engineering positions would be a big plus;

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-cycle of recruitment;
• Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers, team leads and candidates;
• Provide onboarding process for newcomers;
• Support and manage different HR projects and tasks (оne-to-one meetings with employees, keeping team spirit in good and positive mood);
• Manage the full scope of HR retention services for our teams;
• Provide update on all Recruiting/HR processes and practices;
• Maintain database with sick days, vacation;
• Take an active part in HR-branding development;
