Customer Support Specialist (with sales)

• Schedule day shifts or night shifts which will be convenient for you;
• Day shifts 08-17.00 or 14-23 5 days per week, 2 day off will be flexible ;
• Night shifts 17.00-02.00 or -23-08.00 5 days per week, 2 day off will be flexible

Responsibilities:

• Contacting clients for making new booking reservations
• Contacting hotel suppliers in regards reservation/booking details
• Investigating booking reservation details
• Providing relevant parties with necessary information (suppliers, clients, management,1st level of support, etc)

Required skills:

• Fluent English (Both written and spoken is a mandatory requirement !)
• Sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to persuade people
• Ability to handle different situations with the different kind of people.
• Logical mindset, ability to set priorities and understand the sequence of actions needed
