Nustay is Danish IT Software product company that is determined to revolutionize the online hotel booking industry forever using big data and unbeatable algorithms.

Our product is online hotel booking platform, which generates unique offers for each client according to the match by crunching big data.

We offer:

• Schedule: 3 working days per week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Friday from 5pm to 11pm (6 hours)
• Saturday, Sunday from 8am to 11pm (15 hours)
• Comfortable office in 2 min to Poshtova or Kontraktova Ploscha subway station

Required skills:

• Upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken)
• Good communication and problems solving skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with the different kind of people.
• Logical mindset, ability to set priorities and understand the sequence of actions needed

Responsibilities:

• You are expected to be the 2nd level of clients' service with following key duties (but not limited with the list):
• Contacting hotel suppliers in regards reservation/booking details
• Investigating booking reservation details
• Providing relevant parties with necessary information (suppliers, clients, management, 1st level of support)
• Making new booking reservation.
