Operations Manager

AIR (Agency of Internet Rights) is a media company for content creators.

We are an official and certified YouTube partner since 2010. Our clients are TV channels, media companies, video bloggers and opinion leaders in different areas of life (e.g. music, gaming, lifestyle, fitness, etc.).

Our partners Pepsi, Danone, McDonald's, Panasonic, Comfy, Kyivstar, Intertop, Lifeсell и UEFA.

AIR organizes a video culture festival «VIDEOZHARA».

Right now AIR is looking for a Operations Manager to providing to COO all requested and defined analytic data found inside the company and outside in the market

Requirements:

• Higher Education, preferably MBA in General Management/ Business owners programs

• 5-7 years in marketing/marketing and sales. Managerial experience is a plus.

• Good Command of English is a must

• Analytic skills; basic knowledge of business processes - preferred; organized and systematic, proactive and enthusiastic approach; people skills.

Responsibilities:

• Finding inside and outside requested info and basis for the analysis to COO: environment, markets' and competition analysis; strategies for development; long-term targets split into operational objectives etc.

• Providing to COO the assistance in preparation and implementation within the company and its divisions of the efficient processes, structures, systems of the KPI's and their tracking (as well as the relevant business best cases) for the greater performance, achieving ambitious and meaningful long-term goals and employees' major satisfaction

• Tracking the fulfillment of the COO's assigned/accepted tasks by the other employees/ departments

• Cooperation with different departments and particular positions within them for acquiring the requested info.

• Assistance in communication within the company, with outside local and international parties
