We created the most successful wireless alarm system well known all over the world and we are looking for Biz Dev Assistant to make our Sales team stronger.
Responsibilities of Biz Dev Assistant for international markets:
- Provides administrative and/or process support for contract administration, customer service, and order history.
- Acts as an extension of the Business Development Manager by assisting in sales development, sales material creation.
- Records and forwards contracts for Business Development Manager, prepare presentations, works in 1C and Jira task manager
- Leads the process of the shipments the goods to the customers by cooperation with logistic and production departments
- Provides support to the Business Development Manager in their function to develop new and expand existing customers relationships as needed.
- Responds to client requests.
- Develops strong relationships in supporting clients while maintaining quality customer service.
- Develops a high level of knowledge of all client facing systems.
Qualifications:
- University Degree
- English level: upper intermediate
- Customer Care/Support
- Basic knowledge of the sales process, procedures
- Good customer service and relations, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Good analytical ability
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work under the pressure
- Working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office products
