Intercompany documentation officer I ICA Controller

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of full package of documentation for cross-border transactions: Contracts, Acts of Acceptance, Addendums to the contracts, supporting documentation etc.
• Intercompany invoice validation and reconciliation. Communication with foreign service providers (Intercompany and third party) on scope of services, cost calculation for services, supporting documentation, processing of payments etc.
• Participation in Month-end closing activities (PtP posting and cost accruals).
• Intercompany cost control, validation of cost calculations, requests for credit notes etc.
• Cost control activities (Cost Centers, approval flow and matrix, cost recharging to intercompany entities, cost reallocations, control of correctness of SAP postings etc. )
• Cost forecasting/budgeting, documents handling
• Support of the GM / CFO / Chief Accountant on ad-hoc basis

Main requirements:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience (ica Accountant, PtP Accountant, ICA Controller)
• Relevant background in multinational environment
• Knowledge of SAP is a must
• Good knowledge of management accounting
• Competent in both oral and written English
• Analytical thinker
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
