Product Support / Business Analyst

Requirements: 

- 1+ years of experience in the role of business/functional/system analyst in tech company;

- Experience in technical and customer support;

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in the international environment;

- Experience in transition of business requirements into the specifications for the SCRUM team;

- Good experience in visual modelling (prototyping, UML, business processes, data flows);

- Understanding of SDLC and Agile principles;

- English - Upper-Intermediate.

Desirable:

- Degree in the Computer Science/Applied Systems Analysis/Cybernetics;

- Technical background in web development;

- Practical experience with APIs (SOAP XML, REST JSON/XML);

- Jira, Confluence, Modelling tools (e.g. Visio), API validation tools (SOAP UI, Postman);

- Familiarity with travel industry or booking services in travel agencies.

Responsibilities: 

As Product Support:

- Work with SCRUM team and Product managers on continuous product improvements;

- Maintaining of issues/feedback raised by external stakeholders (clients, users, data providers, partners);

- Communication with external stakeholders via phone and email;

- Tracking of products failures using different monitoring tools, investigation of root causes.

As Business analyst: 

- Requirements analysis (explore use cases, user stories, business processes);

- Creating functional specifications (incl. data mappings, UML diagrams);

- Setting tasks for SCRUM team;

- Dev & QA support;

- Conducting training sessions, knowledge sharing and demo;

- Preparing documentation (user guides, technical guides, release notes).
