Qualifications

• Development experience with Java
• Experience with spring boot core components
• Experience with Maven
• Experience with data migration tools (Flyaway or  liquibase)
• Good understanding and experience with GIT
• Basic linux/unix understanding and experience
• SQL experience and understating basics of relational database
• Experience with any scripting languages (groovy, python, bash)

Areas of Responsibility

• Investigate Java issues in various Java applications (Legacy and Modern)
• Investigate issues with Java applications on infrastructure level
• Define and build modern DevOps tools and practices for dev department.
• Build and integrate Log Aggregation solutions for different apps
• Build and implement monitoring solutions for applications and infrastructure
• Build and define configuration management scripts and different deploy scenarios
• Have an opportunity to improve Java skills during Java issues investigations.
