Legal Counsel (IT)

We are looking for an active and thoughtful professional who will strengthen our team in Legal Counsel role.

What you will do:

• Analyze legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operations (with a focus on North America and Europe) and work to ensure legal compliance (in the areas of personal data protection, marketing, consumer rights etc.)
• Draft and revise contracts, terms of use, privacy policies and other legal documents
• Work closely with internal teams (developers, analysts, marketing managers and the management) to progress projects reducing legal risks
• Communicate with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions
• Monitor day-to-day legal matters of the company

Starter-kit needed to join the board:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in international or top-tier Ukrainian law firms or Big4 companies  
• Outstanding career track record
• Strong research & analytical skills
• Ability to take business-oriented decisions
• Strong communication and written skills, ability to convince opponents on the truth of one's judgments
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (international certification such as IELTS, TOEFL is a plus)
• Leadership and management potential are huge advantages
