Manager, Management Consulting, HR Strategy and Transformation

KPMG Ukraine is looking for Manager, Management Consulting, HR Strategy and Transformation

Manager will be leading KPMG engagement team to deliver high impact results to clients in public and private sector assignments. Manager will also be actively involved in developing junior team members and managing client relationships in a given project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements and work streams related to HR function assessment, development of HR strategy and HR function transformation
• Provide oversight of day to day project work and client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
• Help execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance, and organizational restructuring
• Assist with proposal and business development activities by leveraging existing relationships with C-level executives

Requirements:

• Relevant expertise, knowledge and experience of one or more of back office HR transformation, HR strategy, HR operating model design and implementation, HR policy and process change
• 3-4 years of experience in HR consulting with management consulting or niche HR consulting firm, providing advisory services OR equal position with international company with relevant experience indicated above
• Strong strategic thinking skills and sound commercial acumen, pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem solving
• Degree from a leading university, strong academic record
• Fluent written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal drive to deliver results within tight deadlines
• Effective team player, strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and work environments
