KPMG Ukraine is looking for Manager, Management Consulting, Supply Chain

Manager will be leading KPMG engagement team to deliver high impact results to clients in public and private sector assignments. Manager will also be actively involved in developing junior team members and managing client relationships in a given project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements and work streams related to supply chain and operational improvement projects
• Provide oversight of day to day project work and client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
• Help execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance, and organizational restructuring
• Establish client value propositions that tie financial metrics and CFO focus areas directly to operations business improvement
• Assist with proposal and business development activities by leveraging existing relationships with C-level executives

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in management consulting or supply chain department, providing advisory services related to supply chain, cost reduction, and operational restructuring to internal or external clients
• Deep knowledge of demand planning and replenishment, inventory optimization, warehouse management, logistics, transportation, distribution, and sales and operations planning
• Strong strategic thinking skills and sound commercial acumen, pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem solving
• Degree from a leading university, strong academic record
• Fluent written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal drive to deliver results within tight deadlines
• Effective team player, strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and work environments
