Our Client, one of the leading multinational Consumer Electronics company, is announcing an opening of HR Administrator position.

Main responsibilities:

  • proceeding new employees documents related to hiring, firing, transfer and uploading related data;
  • preparing necessary reports to Employment Center (3-PN, 4-PN, 2-TM);
  • providing Salary Accountant with needed documents (hiring, firing, transfer, applications and orders of vacations, sickness lists) and supporting bank salary project;
  • administering employees' mobile connection and tracking attendance;
  • organizing and leading the adaptation process for new employees.

Main requirements:

  • University degree;
  • 2+ years of experience in the field of HR administration;
  • knowledge of Ukrainian Labour legislation and procedures of HR admin;
  • intermediate level of English as a must;
  • MS Office deep knowledge (advanced user of Excel);
  • good analytical and multitasking skills.
