Basic Qualifications:

• Unfinished higher education; 
• Knowledge of English will be an advantage; 
• Basic use of Excel; 
• Attentiveness; 
• Neatness; 
•  Willingness to routine

Your Responsibilities:

• Admin support;
• Conducting absences of employees in the system (holidays, sick leave);
• Making entries in workbooks;
• Keeping personal files of employees;
• Maintaining lists for connection and disconnection to medical insurance;
• Closing of appeals of employees (for example, creation of a certificate from the place of work);
• Participation in HR department projects (for training and development of employees, job fairs).
