The solution you are called up to improve is already integrated into the infrastructure of such giants as Tesla, Toyota, and Harley Davidson. Like any other company in the tech-first business environment, they have also faced the one common challenge. Non-tech people were supposed to use software to do their everyday work. And at Intellias, we created a learning platform that teaches people how to take the most out of software.

Of course, such a rapid ascent to our visionary tops required a high-load and scalable environment. So, we've put years of expertise in the cloud-based development to create a change that sticks. Microsoft Azure has been helping us to accomplish high availability, fault tolerance, resiliency and enables easy deployment with near-zero downtime updates.

The client has already grown up into market leader thanks to our initial effort. And now we are stepping up bigger and smarter as never before. We will gather a great volume of data aggregated from customers network and from comprehensive users' research to introduce machine learning algorithms to engage learners even deeper.

Technology stack:

• AZURE (Service Fabric, App Services, BLOBs, SQL DBs, Cosmos DB, Azure Funcs, AMS, ARMs, EventHub, ServiceBus, Traffic Manager, Application Insights, ... you name it, and we probably have it), ASP.NET Core, OWIN, HTML5, Entity Framework, WebApi, SPA JavaScript frameworks (Durandal, REACT), ECMASCRIPT 6, JS plugins and frameworks: JQuery, Knockout, Breeze, Bootstrap, Gulp, WEBPACK;
• CI/CD Tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins;
• Testing frameworks: Mocha, Chai, Sinon.JS, Enzyme, NUnit, Moq, AutoFixture, FluentAssertions, ApprovalTests, Selenium, SpecFlow, Jest;
• SDLC tools: Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Portfolio, TestRail, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product manager and other teams to design, implement, test and continuously improve scalable and extendable platform;
• Participate in design review, code reviews and product demos;
• Take accountability and responsibility for full life cycle of product features (from design, sizing, implementation, testing, delivery to monitoring and deprecation when needed);
• Propose process improvements and drive changes;
• Propagate quality culture among colleagues.

Requirements: 

• Good understanding and practical experience with React in developing of Single Page Apps (2+ years);
• Experience with ES6+ code (or TypeScript);
• Understanding and usage of CSS3, flexbox model, CSS processors (e.g. SCSS);
• Experience with UI frameworks like Semantic-UI or Bootstrap (preferable in scope of React);
• HTML5 features (e.g. storages, canvas);
• Unit testing (e.g. Jest, Mocha, sinon.js);
• Usage of REST APIs;
• Experience with task runners (e.g. gulp, grunt);
• Usage of Webpack (nice to have);
• General understanding of microservices architecture;
• Experience with GIT;
• Ability to analyze business requirements/mockups and convert them into working components;
• Good understanding of XP practices and SDLC;
• Solid analytical and algorithmic skills, understanding and active use of best coding practices, patterns;
• At least upper-intermediate level of English, well-developed communication skills.
