Требования: 

  • English - upper intermediate or higher;
  • Working experience in IT company on the same position for at least 1 year;
  • Good communication skills and attention to details;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Good planning and organizational skills;
  • 1С knowledge will be a plus.

 

Обязанности: 

  • Daily communication with remote employees;
  • Supervising the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, printer, etc;
  • Travel assistance: tickets, hotels booking, preparing documents for visas etc;
  • Participating/assistance in different in-house events;
  • Preparing paperwork for hires;
  • Keeping the HR database and personal files up-to-date to facilitate HR processes management;
  • Financial documents filing and updating them in the internal software (1С);
  • Ordering and maintaining of office supplies, furniture, office equipment, etc;
  • Translation of documents from Russian to English;
  • Fulfillment of other director's tasks.
