We are looking for a customer support specialist (written, Japanese) to extend the present team. We consider candidates with a high level of proficiency in Japanese (N1-N2).
CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST WITH A COMPREHENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF JAPANESE
- Consultation of clients (chats)
- Translation of texts (on-demand)
- Mandatory requirement: a candidate has completed an internship in Japan
- Knowledge of Japanese at level N1-N2
- The ability to quickly find a solution in difficult situations
- Perfect communication skills and ability to properly conduct a dialogue with customers in writing
- Comfortable office in the center of Kiev
- Friendly team with native speakers
- Shift schedule: 2 days on - 2 days off
