Fundraising Assistant

Charity Fund Tabletochki is looking for a Fundraising Assistant, reporting directly to the Founder - Olga Kudinenko. Fundraising Assistant will support Founder's fundraising activities (communication, reporting) and her business agenda (meetings, correspondence). The successful candidate shares values of Tabletochki and is willing to work in a team that changes the world for the better.

Requirements:

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;

+ Fluent Ukrainian, Russian, Upper-intermediate English;

+ Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs and Google instruments;

+ High standards of professional service, client-oriented;

+ Organized, attentive to details;

+ Analytical mindset, proactive, innovative;

+ Previous experience in Executive Assistant role is a plus.
