Functional / System Analyst

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the role of business/functional/system analyst in tech company;
• Technical background in web development much appreciated;
• Experience in technical and customer support is desirable;
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile principles;
• Requirements analysis and specification;
• Visual modelling (prototyping, UML, business processes, data flows, ERD, UI);
• Hands-on experience with APIs (SOAP XML, REST JSON/XML, XSD, WSDL);
• Advanced in Jira, Confluence, Word, Excel, Visio, SOAP UI, Postman;
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in the international environment;
• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel;
• Degree in the Computer Science/Applied Systems Analysis/Cybernetics;
• English: Upper-Intermediate.
  

Responsibilities: 

- Integration of new partners into Amadeus Cars ecosystem;

- Regular communication with internal and external business stakeholders (alignment, prioritization, progress tracking);

- Close collaboration with internal and external DEV/QA teams (planning, task management, bug tracking, change management);

- Creating functional specifications (incl. flow diagrams, data mappings, examples);

- Preparing UAT scenarios, end to end validation;

- Partner settings configuration within Administration tools;

- Creating documentation (user guides, technical guides, release notes);

- Conducting demo sessions, workshops, trainings;

- Customer support (incl. incident management).
