As a Sales Administration Manager you will ensure the sales cycles in coordination with commerce, marketing and other functions, manage sales force and coordinate business development processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Be responsible for business development management processes, including team management
- Manage the field force staff, providing plans, budget and salary calculations
- Ensure R2M project implementations in cooperation with ASM and TMs
- Preparation and participation in main divisional meetings (Commercial Plans, Cycle meetings, MarketCo) in order to the improve divisional business development practices
- Constant support of Soft Serve for sales force
Your Background:
- University master degree
- Experience on similar position at least 3-5 years
- Strong analytical skills // Excel advanced user
- Networking skills
- Management skills // multitasking approach
- English upper-intermediate
