Test Manager in Automotive domain

We are looking for a Test Manager to work in the field of auto electronics. You will be part of an international team working on-site in Renningen, Germany, in BOSCH office. BOSCH eBike Systems develop high-quality all-in-one eBike on-board computers.

Areas of Responsibility

• Leading an international test team at various locations and track quality, costs and dates for verification and validation on different levels of the V model as well as in agile test environments
• Coordinating the entire test process and the test strategies with the customer and individual test teams, setting up the test planning and following the test execution
• Taking part in requirements engineering (reviews, definition, clarifications, etc.)
• Planning prototypes as well as test environments including test automation and coordination of the technical changes in test environment
• Analyzing and evaluating the test results by applying different metrics
• Maintaining testing progress in the corresponding JIRA boards and establishing the traceability between the requirements, test cases, test results and the handover documents to the customer

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or similar
• Solid experience in test management
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented approach to work
• An outspoken team player

Will be an advantage

• ISTQB Certification Test Manager Foundation Level
• Knowledge of connectivity (BTLE, WIFI), CAN, GNSS and navigation tests, UI/UX, power and SW flash management are desirable
• Good command of the English language
• German language would be an asset.
