HR Manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Proven experience in talent management and employee relations
• Understanding of HR processes and tasks
• Upper-Intermediate level of English is necessary
• Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to prioritize, self-motivation and passion to work
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience with multiple tasks
• Attention to details
• Great positive attitude

Responsibilities: 

• Onboarding and adaptation 
• Regular meetings with employees 
• Working with HR database
• Coordinate team building sessions and company corporate events
• Develop a corporate culture and employer branding
• Identify employees needs and issues, and help to solve them
• Support of current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resource
• Involvement in compensation program and benefits plans
