Vacancy: ERP Implementation and Support Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Responsibilities:

• Provides systems management and technical support to employees (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
• Functional performance testing
  
• Writing user manuals
• Collaborates with other teams, departments and divisions with issues pertaining to Tyler software applications

Main requirements:

• University degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with ERP/CRM
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with MS Dynamics NAV will be an advantage
• Effective analytical ability, particularly in a technical environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
