Basic qualifications:

• Higher education, jurisprudence - preferrable;
• High level of personal computer use and information technology;
• Basic Excel user;
• Analytical composition and attentiveness to the details;
• English is the level of Upper-intermediate.

• Developed communication skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• Admin support;
• Work with correspondence (contacts, state bodies);
• Work with documents (contracts, TPO): update, upgrade
• Interaction with contractors: payment support, downloading applications to the system
• Clearance Rob payment
• Support of employees of the department with participation in conferences, meetings
• Global corporate secretariat
• Participation in projects of the department
• Creating presentations
