CRM Specialist (outsource position for 6 month)

Bayer Ukraine, a leading multinational company, is opening an outsource position for 6 month of

CRM Specialist

Major tasks of the position:

• Provides administration and technical support of CRM system

• Ensures design, write, and test performant's code

• Interacts directly with business customers to gather and understand requirements and how it translates in CRM system features

• Provides analytical reports to business per request

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science

• Experienced in the software design

• Advanced knowledge: MySQL, Perl, CGI, JavaScript, HTML

• Proficient MS Excel skills

• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to perform data analysis and interpretation, and manage data complexity

• English will be preferable

• Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to identify opportunities proactively, foreseeing problems and find ways to overcome barriers

• Be accountable for actions and results, successes and failures
