We are looking for Recruiting Researcher, persistent and result-oriented person who is passionate about recruiting.
Requirements:
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Good understanding of IT outsourcing industry
- Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruiting channels
- Understanding of general recruitment process
- At least basic understanding of programming languages/technologies
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and develop
- English - Intermediate or higher
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for a current pipeline/future hiring needs in every possible way and develop talent pipelines
- Interact with potential candidates on social media, messengers and professional networks
- Provide information about the company
- Work closely with recruiting team to determine hiring needs and priorities
- Maintain candidates database
