Technical Support Engineer

Our client is an international production company, a leader in creating innovations in the field of solar energy.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Handling tech support service queries from customers and partners
• Preparation of technical documentation and training material
• Organising internal training events as well as training for customers
• Being the contact person for the Technical Sales Advisor in the region and assisting with information regarding technical queries

Professional skills, knowledge:

• Knowledge in the field of network technology
• Certification is necessary (up to 1000V DC and 500V AC)
• English fluency spoken and written
  
• Experience in solar and photovoltaic would be an advantage
• Self-responsibility and personal initiative
