Job description:

We are looking for a technical colleague (developer) into an expanding team that assures the development of the integration (ESB) and process (BPM) platform of the bank. The platform is responsible for integrating the bank's most important applications and managing key business processes in contact with internal and external customers.

The candidate will be involved in all stages of the application development lifecycle (SDLC), depending on the acquired knowledge and experience:

• Development of technical analyses and solutions of business requirements for development of information systems of the bank; based on the experience, also estimation of implementation effort (for development / technical tasks)
• Programming of complex Java EE applications in a diverse environment of a financial institution's application portfolio with a high emphasis on the robustness of integration
• Programming in IBM tools environment (Integration Bus, AppConnect Enterprise, ESB, BPM, Filenet)
• Work with high demands on software performance,
• Deployment package preparation and environment transition support (from development to testing, pre-production, and production environments)
• Development of technical documentation of the implemented solution according to the defined standards
• Solving technical issues related to applications in the portfolio, both in test and production environments
• Collaboration with functional analysts, architects, solution administrators
• Technical support of the production system: analysis of identified incidents and problems in cooperation with functional analysts, data analysis in databases, proposal of their solutions, cooperation in troubleshooting

Personality requirements and skills:

University education (Master's degree) with focus on IT

English - Intermediate level (C1)

Required knowledge and experience:

• Min. 3 years of relevant IT experience (e.g.: Integration Platform Developer, EAI / ESB / BPM Developer, Web Services, Performance-grade Java Application Developer, etc.)
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Knowledge of development tools (IDE, git, JIRA, etc.)
• Excellent orientation in the world of SOA, Web Services (SOAP, REST), JMS
• Java, Javascript, HTML, Python, Spring, SQL, or NoSQL
• Experience with WSDL, XSD, WADL, XSLT

Following knowledge & skills are an important advantage:

• Work experience with IBM Websphere, AIX, DB2, IBM BPM + ESB, Integration Bus, AppConnect Enterprise
• Work experience with EAI / ESB and BPM tools, or Web application programming (Java EE)
• The background of an integration technical consultant / system integrator from large IT consulting companies is an advantage
• Knowledge of SOAP UI and similar tools, knowledge of testing automation,
• Past experience in the banking sector
• Experience with performance tests, tuning system performance
• Experience with the operation of extensive enterprise-grade IT solutions
• English - Advanced (C1); focusing on technical English
