Job Description:
Person at this position is supposed to help with operational job on processing incoming sales, finance and quality requests.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, operate EDI tool;
- Update CRM and ERP data;
- Reschedule, change exiting orders;
- Process Credit memos;
- Process Quality documents.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- CRM, ERP knowledge
- MS Outlook
- 1+ year(s) experience in customer support;
- MA/BA degree in economics (preferred but not required);
- English (Upper-intermediate / B2 or higher)
