Customer Support Specialist (Data Processing)

Job Description:

Person at this position is supposed to help with operational job on processing incoming sales, finance and quality requests.

Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders, operate EDI tool;
• Update CRM and ERP data;
• Reschedule, change exiting orders;
• Process Credit memos;
• Process Quality documents.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• CRM, ERP knowledge
• MS Outlook
• 1+ year(s) experience in customer support;
• MA/BA degree in economics (preferred but not required);
• English (Upper-intermediate / B2 or higher)
