Polish Billing/Support Specialist

Orthodontic Experts - is an orthodontic practice with many clinics in the USA and a customer support center in Lviv.

We are looking for a Polish Billing/Support Specialist!

Salary is determined and negotiated depending on performance.

Requirements:

• Searching for a Proficient level of spoken Polish and fluent English

• Ability to learn and act fast in a dynamic environment

• Organized working style, with an eye for detail and a problem-solving approach

• Knowledge of computer literacy and good data entry/keyboard skills;

• Shift 4 pm - 1 am shift

• Remote work availability!

Responsibilities:

• Entering patient information into a database

• Submitting pre-authorizations to insurance companies

• Filing claims for procedures

• Answering incoming calls up to 10 calls per day
• Scheduling appointments
