What You Need for this Position:

• At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales;

• Strategic thinking skills who asks why and looks for alternate ways to achieve goals;

• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations;

• Experience with business strategy development and optimization of sales processes;

• High energy, positive attitude, result-oriented, and excellent communication/presentation skill;

• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment;

• Organizational and time management skills with attention to details;

• Fluent English.

What will you do:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand clients base;

• Manage revenue stream;

• Set up goals and objectives for all subordinate staff;

• Conduct performance evaluation using key metrics;

• Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business;

• Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients;

• Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust;

• Read reports of subordinates and communicate overall quarterly/annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders;

• Any other related activities in the Business Development and Marketing Department.
