Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager who is eager to accept responsibility, be self-governing, be proactive.

Crucial requirements:

• at least 2 years of experience in sales in IT outsourcing/agency business

• great (advanced, speaking and writing) English

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of the sales process

• Sociability, strong communication skills

• High-level understanding of software development process

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Communicate with leads generated from marketing channels

• Look for new clients offering top-notch web & mobile design services

• Create and prepare project proposals

• Generate and prepare sales plans

• Meet and exceed sales quotas

• Work with Sales CRM
