MAIN TASKS IN THE JOB:
- Administering document flow for newcomers as well as on-boarding process
- Administering insurance (ordering, help internal customers with any issues, updating file, ordering international travel insurance);
- Administering English lessons (testing, scheduling, monitoring attendance);
- Recruitment (placing advertisements, monitoring feedback, pre-selection, distribution CVs to managers, support of interview in process);
- Administering HR data bases as well as employee data in 1C 8;
- Preparation of Internal Announcements;
- Administering employees' personal files;
- Keeping labor record up-to-date according to the local legislation;
- Absence Database - administering and monitoring;
- Ad-hoc duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Higher education
Experience:
- At least 1 year of working experience in similar position;
- Experience in Recruitment will be preferable but not essential;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Preferably experience with working in 1C8;
- Ability to work on own initiative and within the team;
- Accuracy;
- Excellent communication skills
Knowledge:
- Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian (written and oral);
