Intecracy Group is inviting talented professionals to join our project and to work as a Bid Manager Assistant in our Kyiv office. We offer the opportunity to work in the professional and challenging working environment and have professional growth.

 

Requirements:

· Higher education (Economics, Technical Sciences, Linguistic);

· Experience of international companies is a plus;

· IT industry-specific knowledge and background (QA, SA, BA), or IT experience in other industries.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

· Knowledge of document management methods;

· Understanding of the bid process;

· Able to work to tight timescales particularly when developing proposals.

· English is a must ( Upper- intermediate);

· French, Spanish, German, Slovak, Czech, Arabic, is a plus.

 

 

Responsibilities:

· Support and drive the bid process;

· Determine the scope and timeline of new bids. Lead and coordinate the preparation of the bid ensuring that other contributors provide information on time to the correct standard answering the client's needs;

· Review and revise documents prepared by others and coordinate the preparation of those materials in a completed bid document;

· Compile, edit, and proof read commercial proposals which contain technical / business content;

· Develop computer based document store and reference materials;

· Update the bidding templates;

· Bid opportunities monitoring.
