Senior Marketing Manager (Remote)

Our dynamic IT software startup is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Manager to join and enhance our international team.  Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and result-oriented professional who is proactively searching for new opportunities and solutions. We expect a person to deal with all kind of digital marketing projects with a focus on growing organic traffic and content development. Salary will be based on candidate's experience and consist of fixed and bonus part.

Requirements:

• 2+ marketing background in IT product company, 5+ years in marketing overall

• Proven expertise in SEO and linkbuilding 

• English level - fluent 

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, email, social media campaigns

• Familiarity with relevant SEO tools (e.g. Semrush, Screaming Frog, MOZ, SERanking)

• Highly creative with experience in creating B2B content across a variety of media

• Solid knowledge of analytics tools such as Google analytics, Yandex webvisor, Google data studio

• Self-motivated, independent & dynamic personality

• Strong and communication analytical skills

Would be a plus:

• Experience of working for a startup

• Experience with marketing automation systems (Hubspot, SendPulse, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies

• Performing and tracking outreach  for linkbuilding purpose

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content

• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and SEO aspects

• Reaching out and building relationships with industry opinion leaders

• Content ideas generation and development

• Managing email marketing campaigns

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
