Customer Support Specialist (remote)

We're looking for an experienced, results oriented Customer Support Specialist (remote), to provide awesome technical and sales support to our clients.

You will work with our customers to build relationships and drive value based on customer defined goals.

So, what You'll Be Doing:

• Desirable work time - 09.00 - 18.00 / 08.00 - 17.00;
• Provide customer support via chat, tickets and e-mails;
• Performing additional tasks, solving different issues which might arise;
• Advise clients on Premium services and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Ensuring customer feedback is clearly captured and conveyed internally to enable ongoing improvement of product and service.

What We'll Expect from You:

• 1+ year experience providing exceptional software, technical or sales-oriented customer support required;
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet deadlines and goals;
• Previous experience with Intercom (or other helpdesk systems) is a big plus;
• Skilled communicator (verbal and written);
• Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must.
