Middle JavaScript Developer (E-learning system)

Project description:

The project is about developing an e-learning system for children with special needs. As part of our team, you will be in charge of all front-end development and work on projects for the Customer, with which we have been cooperating for more than 8 years and have successfully launched educational projects.

As a part of the team, you will do the following:

• Design separate components, modules, classes, database tables, etc.
• Code, debug, document, and maintain portions of software
• Participate in peer code and design reviews
• Participate in estimation and planning sessions
• Participate in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the Customer and Customer partners
• Take part in technical discussions, listen to arguments, and apply critical thinking

Qualifications you must have to join us:

• At least 3+ years of experience in JavaScript development
• Solid knowledge with Angular 2+
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3
• Experience integrating data with APIs
• Proven skills in software design
• Up to date knowledge of modern web standards, front-end performance patterns, scalability and accessibility
• At least Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Git
• Good knowledge of MySQL
• Experience with CI (e.g. Jenkins), Digital Ocean, Docker
• Knowledge of PHP or another programming language
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing
