Sales Engineer (SE) / Инженер технического сопровождения продаж

Trimble is recruiting for a Sales Engineer CIS in Ukraine-Remotely.

Position Description:

The Sales Engineer (SE) is accountable for the introduction, development and execution of sales product training for Trimble Precision Ag products. The SE will report to the geographical Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for direction to ensure the overall regional strategic goals are met. This individual is responsible for providing leadership, direction, hands-on coaching\training to the Trimble Ag Distribution partners, Regional OEMs and Strategic Accounts. The position will also provide dealer training; dealer pre and post sales support assistance, and some end-user support for strategic clients. Leading local user groups and generally taking the technical lead for regional sales issues that have been identified through the Ag Support channel will be a key responsibility. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interface with reseller sales people:
• Lead sales training events 
• Onsite reseller training
• In field demonstrations in conjunction with reseller personnel to win major account sales
• Develop distribution dealers knowledge on new Trimble Ag solutions
• Work with Regional Sales Manager on assigned objectives to increase presale and post sale support
• Provide secondary sales support to end user customer issues that have been identified through the Ag Support Channel
• Respond to, prioritize, follow-up and resolves customers questions/issues as per defined by the Regional Sales Manager
• Participate in regional farm show\events
• Provide input on competitive products and activities
• Portray a professional company image at all times
• Provide in-depth pre sales demonstrations and post sales support 
• Participate in new product releases and beta cycles to ensure information and training requirements are met to support new product sales to resellers
• Provide front line pre and post sales support via phone and email
• Strategic OEM\Account involvement where needed. 
• Adhere to Trimble Support Center Practices and guidelines

• Strong aptitude in Ag practices with demonstrated technical capability

• Hands on individual.  Mechanically sound

• Fluency in English 
• Sense of urgency and drive, highly motivated

• Strong oral and written communication skills being able to communicate effectively via printed material, on the telephone, and over electronic services in German & English

• Frequent travel within Geographic region and within the International region when required by exception

Desired Background:

• A Degree in Agribusiness, agronomy, equipment mechanization, or Ag engineering, plus 5 years of experience in precision ag solutions, guidance and Ag equipment sales or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated technical capability with a strong competency with Ag field and office software.
