Enterprise Account Manager

The Enterprise Account Manager will join our rapidly expanding enterprise team and be responsible for managing key client accounts and channel partners. This person must be self-motivated to actively seek the best solutions for our clients, grow the scope of business with those clients, and develop symbiotic commercial relations with them.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with key enterprise accounts

• Provide first line of support to key accounts

• Provide marketing consultation for client's marketing campaigns

• Analyze campaign results and develop best practices for effective promotional campaigns using SMS

• Assist Onboarding department with closing deals with new accounts

• Provide periodic activity and progress reports

Requirements:

• Prior experience: Minimum 2 years managing enterprise sales accounts
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Self- motivated, methodical worker, with high attention to details
• People person with excellent phone and communications skills
• Logical, creative, responsible, results-oriented
• Current passport and ability to travel for business as per need
