Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Travel arrangements (booking tickets, booking hotels, creating itineraries, booking activities)
• Online research
• Composing and publishing website content using received data (WordPress);
• Social media post creation, engagement, and scheduling
• Photo editing
• SEO research
• Hashtag research
• Canva image creation
• Arranging personal appointments;
• Preparing correspondence on the client's behalf;
• Designing layout, image processing (Photoshop, Lightroom);
• Basic video editing (Youtube)
• Text proofreading;
• Working closely with the technical team to maintain site standards regarding the new development.

Required skills

• Fluent English (including formal);
• Self-driving, proactive personality with concrete analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail, strong organization skills, and strong visual skills
• Reliability and ability to multi-task
• Fast learning skills
• Interest in travel and photography
• Proficiency and knowledge of up-to-date best practices in creating engaging social media content on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest;
• Experienced user of MS Office/Google documents, Visual editing software
• Knowledge of effective hashtag use on multiple platforms, basic SEO is a plus
• Active social media presence a plus
