Sales Manager (Upwork)

Your main responsibility will be to search for the new leads on the platform and maintain the account.

• Search for new leads on Upwork
• Maintain the company's Top Rated badge and 100% Job Success score
• Write custom bids
• Discuss potential new projects with interested clients and companies
• Bring potential clients on board and initialize the project
• Communicate with the development team to estimate the projects
• Gather requirements, communicate solution to the client
• Manage the company account on Upwork, make sure that all clients are satisfied
• Communicate with the team and PM throughout the whole project to make sure that the project runs smoothly and follows all the deadlines

Requirements:

• Enormous desire to build career in IT sales
• Successful experience working on Upwork for at least 1 year is a must
• Strong written & communication skills.
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Basic understanding of terminology for web development and UI/UX design
