Senior HR Business Partner

Project Overview:

Our People Partnership program has the aim that all our Employees could feel that Intellias is the best place to work at.

We are looking for talented and energetic professionals in HR field to join our team of People Partners in Lviv.

Responsibilities:

• Following all procedures related to employees' onboarding, retention, satisfaction, professional growth and rotations;
• Act as a main contact point for one of Delivery Directors in order to participate in creation of retention strategy;
• Maintaining human resource records;
• Act a s Personal People Partner for Delivery Managers of Lviv location;
• Planning and performing actions aimed to improve corporate culture;
• Assistance with the main activities within HR department.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as HR in IT field;
• Understanding of business processes used in an IT company;
• High level of self-organization and time management skills;
• Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision;
• Outstanding communication skills;
• Stress-resistance;
• Being a proactive and result oriented person;
• Intermediate (or higher) level of English.

Nice to but not obligatory:

• Experience in creating surveys, corporate policies and procedures;
• Experience with Jira.
