Production Supervisor

Our Client, a large multinational FMCG company with production facilities in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Production Supervisor position.

Main responsibilities:

• managing production processes of the dairy plant including efficient management of fixed assets, production processes, technical improvements, employee performance in compliance with all regulatory requirements;
• planning production and improving usage of capacity, operating assets and material resources;
• taking actions to avoid rejects, machinery downtime, loss of materials, power and other supplies and be involved in remedial action plans;
• ensuring efficient operations and implementation of proper maintenance of facilities;
• ensuring safe working conditions at the plant;
• being responsible for training plant employees and making sure they follow task procedures.

Main requirements:

• 5+ years' industrial experience, including a successful period in people management, min 2 years of experience on a leading position in Production is a must;
  
• knowledge of Agri-food industry technology and processes (dairy industry experience will be an advantage);
  
• problem-solving skills, continuous improvement measures, project management;
  
• strong PC user.
