Senior IT Recruiter

IT product company are looking for a self-driven Senior IT Recruiter, who able to manage own time and priorities and work in a multitasking mode, excellent communicator with good presentation skills and positive and result-oriented attitude.

The main vacancies for which you will recruit are Full stack developers (.ASP Net MVC developer), QA engineers, PM/BA, etc.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle hiring process (search, select and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process);
• To perform as a consultant to the Hiring manager providing in-time and expert support in candidates' pool for the relevant vacancies;
• Cooperate directly with Hiring manager on a daily basis;
• Coordinate Recruiting Agencies.

Your Skills and Qualities:

• 2+ years of experience in IT Recruiting is a MUST (recruitment for IT specialists in Ukrainian or international companies, recruitment agencies);
• Very well connection with the IT market in Ukraine and a strong network of IT Specialits;
• Good understanding of IT job market;
• Basic understanding of major programming technologies and development process;
• Deep Knowledge of complete recruiting cycle and processes;
• Experienced in work with Middle and Senior level vacancies;
• Experience in direct search and headhunting;
• Proven PC skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
• People-oriented, proactive and self-disciplined;
• Self-driven, result and "feedback" oriented.
