You are expected to have:

• 1+ years experience in IT recruitment;
• Experience in candidate selection, interviewing;
• Experience in direct search and headhunting;
• Excellent communication and networking skills;
• At least intermediate level of English.
  

As a great advantage:

• Technical background is a strong plus;
• Good understanding of IT job market.
  

You are up to:

• Providing full cycle of recruitment;
• Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates;
• Maintaining candidates throughout all stages;
• Working closely with internal customers, development teams and HR;
• Maintaining the recruitment CRM-system.
