UI, UX, web designer

Attract Group is an IT service provider. We develop and support any complexity web/mobile products for European and US-based companies and startups.

We are expanding our team and inviting a new in-house designer (only in the office!).

We would like to see the person who is passionate about their work, attentive to details, follows current design trends, can come up with untrite ideas and clearly communicate them to others.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of UX/UI design experience for web and mobile applications.

• Proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.

• Understanding of User Experience principles, interactive prototypes development experience (web/mobile).

• Familiarity with iOS and Android UI/UX guidelines, standards, and trends.

• Responsibility and attention to details.

• Desire to develop, stress-resistance, and adequate attitude to criticism.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with Adobe After Effects or similar (motion design).

• Knowledge and understanding basics of HTML5, CSS3.

• English - spoken and written skills.

• Ability to hand draw

Job Description:

• Creating UI/UX designs and prototypes based on customers' requirements, understanding user's behavior, and development constraints.

• Elaborating a product feature list, shaping product behavior based on understanding user needs and business objectives.

• Communicating closely with development team, project manager, and customer to validate and approve designs.
