HR Generalist

Printec Ukraine is looking for an experienced HR Generalist who is in search of a company with a professional and friendly atmosphere

Core responsibilities:

• Recruitment (work independently on 5-10 vacancies simultaneously)
• Coordination of staff performance and engagement surveys, assistance in preparation of analytical information
• Coordination of quarterly People Awards programme
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, policies, procedures, database
• Provide personnel statistics data, internal reporting and Labor market analysis,
• Coordinate collaboration with insurance company, mobile operator and other providers
• Coordinate organization of cultural events/ team buildings in the company
• Reportining work with 1C and company software

Our candidate has:

• 4+ years of experience in HR consulting or internal HR (HR Generalist/HR Coordinator) would be an advantage
• experience and good understanding of a wide range of HR-related issues: employee retention, talent development and succession, performance management, reward and recognition, culture, change management
• advanced level of English
• experience in working within the international environment
• excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important tasks

Successful candidate must be service-oriented and passionate to work with people and clients, have strong written and in-person communication skills
