Experienced Dispatcher/Expediter (transportation throughout US territory)

Sargent Logistics is American transportation and logistics company with a head office based in Chicago, IL. Our company provides transportation services throughout the US, with target markets in Washington, Oregon, California (South and North), the Midwest and East Coast.

We are looking for a Logistics Expeditor to join our team in the Kyiv office.

 Position Qualifications
 Previous experience in a relevant position in a US-based transportation company.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English skills;
•  Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience within the US market (US-based or remote) Flawless customer service skills;
•  Extreme focus on organization and time management;
•  Knowledge of transportation and supply chain management;
•  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
•  Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
•  Strong problem-solving skills.            
  
  

Essential Functions

•  Monitoring/supervision of fleet and drivers;
•  Communicate with our drivers, staff members, and customers, assist them with various inquiries;
•  Planning and expediting transportation pipeline;
•  Following up on deliveries and pick-ups performed by assigned drivers.
