Insights specialist
PepsiCo is the international company leading in Food & Bev industry with the wide portfolio of growing brands among 5 different categories.
We are looking for experienced and ambitious Insights specialist to join our team and fuel business growth through multi category Shopper Insights & Analytics deployment in close cooperation with Leadership team in Belarus & Ukraine
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Insights / Analytics / Category Management in a leading FMCG company and/or Retailer and/ or Research Agency
- Fluent English
- Knowledge and practical experience with a wide scope of research methodologies and techniques (retail audit & panel data, qual & quant research methodologies, etc.)
- Independent designing of insights projects and deriving customer insights skills
- Strategic thinker - ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level storylines & concise practical plans for execution
- Self-starter - able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment
- Influencer - demonstration of ability to influence both internal and external agenda at a senior level
- Bachelor+ degree in economics, sociology, math, marketing or management
- Knowledge of statistics is a plus
- Budget management background - desirable
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
This role will integrate identification of shopper/ instore driven business growth opportunities and influence Management's decision making process via consistent business intelligence & shopper behavior insights during:
- actionable performance tracking providing clear and consistent guide to Management on brands performance / opportunities delivery as well as direction for solutions development proposal
- influence of strategy development, activities and/or account planning, customers engagement with macros, market, portfolio, competitor, channel, customer, cross-category and shopper trends driven insights
- situational assessments addressing Key Business Questions delivery with full integration of all available external & internal knowledge sources into one compelling story
- instore shopper research findings translation into category / customer action plans development
- understanding building of the different shopper purchase patterns & profiles in the key customers through transaction data analysis (EYC, etc.), continuous Shopper data sources (HHP, etc.) and specific researches (loyalty card programs, etc.)
- leading in-house retail landscape understanding, build granular shopper insights and analytics for key Customers through designing & executing specific shopper research projects in cooperation with agencies
- customizable shopper-centric selling stories development and "voice of the shopper" delivery into strategic customer selling stories
