Supervisor, Shared Delivery Center (SDC)

Responsibilities

• Maintain monitoring of performance and quality control of all SDC tickets
  
• Develop junior staff by providing on the job training and performance feedback
  
• Planning, review and finalization of Interns trainings in accordance with business needs
  
• Conduct engagement performance analysis
  
• Suggesting improvements to the system, business processes and controls
  

Main Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, preferably with a major in Accounting and Audit
  
• Minimum of 3 years in a position of Auditor or Accountant (working experience in audit firm preferred)· Eager to respond to new challenges and take responsibility for the team performance
  
• Upper-intermediate level of English
  
• Service focused and a real team player with strong communicative skills·
  
• Good managerial skills
  
• Likes a project based working environment
• Goal-oriented and have career aspirations
